ANGULAR-CONTACT BALL BEARINGS
With two-piece inner ring and four point contact
Bearing with four-point contact is a single-row angular-contact ball bearing with contact angle 35°. Two raceways are arch-shaped and balls under axial load have a contact with them at two points. Therefore, these bearings are applicable to carry double-direction axial loads, similar to double-row angular-contact bearings. Their advantage consists in less space required for installation as for width compared with double-row bearings. The inner ring is split, so it allows maximum balls to be filled into the bearing , balls number is limited only by cage webs. In this way load rating is increased. Bearing is sepaerable, the inner and outer rings can be assembled separetely with cage.
