Oil Replacement Intervals
Oil replacement intervals depend on the operating conditions and oil quantity. In those cases where the operating temperature is less than 50℃, and the environmental conditions are good with little dust, the oil should be replaced approximately once a year. However, in cases where the oil temperature is about 100℃, the oil must be changed at least once every three months. If moisture may enter or if foreign matter may be mixed in the oil, then the oil replacement interval must be shortened. Mixing different brands of oil must be prevented for the same reason given previously for grease. |
