Load Distribution on Bearings
In the simple examples shown in the figures on the right, the radial loads on bearings I and II can be calculated using the following equations: |
 |

|
where
| F CI : |
Radial load applied to bearing I (N) |
| F CII : |
Radial load applied to bearing II (N) |
| K : |
Shaft load (N) |
When these loads are applied simultaneously, first the radial load for each should be obtained, and then, the sum of the vectors may be calculated according to the load direction.
