Our services job
NSKF Bearings. With customers all over the world, NSKF has the expertise to satisfy any application challenge in all industries. We currently supply bearings to the following industries: Automotive, Electric Motors, Electric Hand Tools, Industrial Pumps, Lawn and Garden, Transmissions, Material Handling. Our customers use NSKF bearings because they are assured of quality ball and roller bearings at economical prices. ISO9001:2000 & QS-9000
NSKF is actively pursuing the ISO-9001:20000 standard in all our manufacturing facilities and has a program in place to qualify to QS-9000 . Our products meet or exceed industry standards for ball and roller bearings. With a survey based SPC system currently in place, NSKF will implement, within 3 years, a completely automated SPC system.
Sales and Engineering Staff
From the initial bearing selection and approval process NSKF Professional Sales Representatives and Engineering Staff have the expertise to handle any and all of your bearing challenges. All NSKF Sales Representatives are professionals who have many years of experience in all aspects of bearings. NSKF Engineers are knowledgeable about all aspects of bearing design and applications.
Just in Time Delivery
NSKF is capable of providing JIT delivery to your company in addition to a safety stock program that assures you and uninterrupted flow of bearing product to your production lines. NSKF inventories a full two months bearing usage for our customers at all times. We also have the flexibility to package and label our product to meet individual customer requirements.
Materials/Quality
NSKF sources the highest quality material worldwide to provide our customers with the most reasonably priced quality bearings. Steel balls and seal materials are purchased from Japan. Bearing greases are purchased from United States Manufacturers. This combination of Multi-National procurement allows NSKF the ability to provide the best materials used in manufacturer of our bearings and to produce bearings at the most economical cost. NSKF sources materials worldwide to take advantage of technologies and efficiencies of many diverse suppliers.
Special Design & ISO/AFBMA
NSKF bearings are manufactured to meet or exceed ISO and AFBMA standards. We can provide Electric Motor Quality bearings that are 100% inspected on Anderometers with Grade 5 Balls that are super quiet for your most demanding applications. NSKF can also design a bearing suitable for applications where a standard bearing will not meet the engineering requirements. Special OD, ID, Seal, and Width configurations are all available.
Engineering Resources
NSKF has complete laboratory and Engineering facilities at each plant as well as a separate Quality Control Facility in our Ningbo Corporate Headquarters.Our staff engineers in the China with a total of 20 years experience in Bearing Engineering application.
R & D
We apply the 3D Design and manufacture soft (Pro/e) to our R& D job.and our researcher & disigner are all from China Bearings College, Special purpose bearings can be provided through our plant's research and design facilities, your requirement of non-standard bearings is welcome too. |
